1. Who we are

House of Daggers is a community platform for sharing, discovering and supporting campaigns and adventures compatible with the Daggerheart™ tabletop role-playing game. We are an independent platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Darrington Press or Critical Role.

2. Accounts and age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Payment features (tipping, purchases, creator payouts) additionally require you to be 18 or older; creator payouts are subject to Stripe's own identity checks. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Creator content and licences

• You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant House of Daggers a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute your content to platform users.
• Everything you upload must comply with the Darrington Press Community Gaming License (DPCGL), including its rules on monetisation, required attribution, and the use of official lore and artwork. You confirm this at upload with a mandatory attestation.
• You must hold the rights to everything in your upload. No official Daggerheart artwork, logos, fonts, or card designs beyond what the DPCGL permits; no third-party content without permission.
• Adult content is not permitted. Content is human-reviewed before publication.

4. Payments, tips and tokens

• Tips are voluntary payments to creators, processed by Stripe. The platform keeps 10% (minimum $0.30) of each tip to run the service; the fee is shown on the tip screen.
• Paid campaigns, member subscriptions, and coffee tokens are priced as displayed at purchase. Creators receive the fixed payout stated on their dashboard for each sale.
• Gift certificates and gifted tokens are redeemable on the platform and are not exchangeable for cash except where the law requires. Expiry terms, where applied, are shown at purchase.
• Refunds for digital content are handled case-by-case in line with UK/EU consumer law; contact support before disputing a charge.

5. Community rules

No harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content. Reviews and comments must be your own. We may hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts that break these rules, with strikes recorded against repeat offenders. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA process; three valid takedowns end an account.

6. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms. We will announce material changes to these terms on the site before they take effect.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, House of Daggers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
